- Firstly, we love to craft these artefacts for you. Secondly, we do our best in packaging and delivering your desired product to your doorstep. If you receive any damaged or broken products, you are advised to send us a photo within the same day of the delivery. We will resend you a fresh and new piece with no extra charges once we receive the damaged product.
- The returned products should be in their genuine packaging – and, must be unused. In the case of used products, they are not subjected to the return and refunding process.
- The return policy does not apply to all products. The ‘SALE’ products are not allowed to refund or return.
- Placed orders can only be cancelled within the 4hrs of ordering. Once we hand over our products to the shipping team – they can’t be cancelled.
- Our core priority is customer satisfaction – that is why we deal with all kinds of disputes amicably. In case any dispute is not handled, it would be forwarded to the Jurisdiction of India.
